It's just ridiculous how Bitcoin has been around for 14 years now and yet the people who should not be allowed to make uninformed and half assed decisions are still completely in the dark as to how it works, but this way at least their advances against it tend to be inefficient and give us some good laughing material.

One of the things I like the most about Nostr and the very idea of decentralized social media protocols (After censorship resistance and anonymity-friendliness ofc) is how much it empowers users, no obscure algorithms controlling what you see, no abusive data collection practises, no bans with questionable justifications. That's how social media should be, if the price is to eventually be exposed to bad stuff I say it's cheap
