Ok, I finally have a need for a remote piece of land.
I need a lot for a motorcycle / maker retirement shop. My garage is way to small for 2 trikes and my springer to add the sidecar. Not sure why it’s taken this long to figure out.
Southeast side of Mt. Rainier. Better chance of sun, cheaper land, beautiful, quick to PDX or SEA (relative), better opportunities for hybrid grid living, and in the data corridor of the Columbia River. Just need to figure out fire safety and who can haul a bunch of 40’ and 20’ shipping containers up the side of a volcano to build the barndominium
