Making freeze dried yogurt dots flavored with honey and vanilla. Homemade yogurt from a friend's fresh raw cows milk. 🤤 
Got the stock pots rolling today for a batch of chicken stock. We save carcasses when we butcher and a couple of times a year do this. I’ll pressure can it and store in the pantry. Should get around 25 quarts with this batch.
