So he actually was an investor? 🤯
Wild that this was made public! Where are they published?
Crazy and somewhat expected at the same time. Never expected it to be revealed like this though!
Just started going to the gym again after a couple of years break. I got inspired by Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty training program, which consists of heavy and short training sessions with several days of rest inbetween.
Mike Mentzer was a successful body builder, winning Mr Olympia in the heavy weight class in 1979, and --what made me especially interested-- an objectivist. Unfortunately he died at the young age of 49 from a heart condition, and his also bodybuilding brother curiously passed away just two days later according to Wikipedia.
I bought his book "High-intensity training the Mike Mentzer way" and have decided to stick to the training program recommended in it for at least a year. To track the results, I will record the weight and number of reps per exercise for each workout session. I will also weigh myself before each session and take a progress picture once per month.
I still struggle to comprehend "4-7 days of rest between workout sessions", but it is a refreshing contrast to being in the gym almost every day, which can feel dystopic after a while and is no longer how I want to spend my time. I do not really know what to expect, but if the results are good, such a training regimen would fit well in a metamodern habit stack.
And this is where I start out (weight 85,7 kg).

I have been settting up my nostr on Primal the last couple of days, and I am amazed by the improvement since I first tried it just about a year ago.
One problem I have encountered now is that I could not update my profile through the browser on my laptop, but it worked when I did it in the android app. Is it just me or has anyone else had the same issue?
xoxo
