Is there a bot or something here that can generate a pfp & banner for me? Like I guess I ask it for a description, pay something somehow, and it does the task? I wanna use my "nostr key" as the "account" for the service

Garmin is a good alternative to those 2. Good accuracy IME. It's still all cloudified, but seems maybe more isolated.
