Next time you see one of these stickers/license plates…

And it makes me angry that several states issue these.

Everybody hates GM’s decision to kill Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for its EVs - The Verge <— I think GM is making a colossal mistake here. Not that I’m in the market but if I was, and GM or any other had pulled CarPlay/Android Auto, those brands would be off the table. https://www.theverge.com/2023/4/4/23669523/gm-apple-carplay-android-auto-ev-restrict-access

The buttons on Zenith’s original ‘clicker’ TV remote were a mechanical marvel <— yes pls stop with the giant hundreds of buttons remotes. The ones for my TV and amplifier are huge and I only ever use the on/off and volume controls.

And I’m old enough to be envious of neighbors who had these TVs. You could hear the hammer strike the metal anvil but not the actual sound it produced. Then I’d go back home to our sad old Sears B&W tv where I was the “remote” for my parents. https://www.theverge.com/23810061/zenith-space-command-remote-control-button-of-the-month
