Must be something wrong with WoS right now. You're able to receive zaps from my Alby wallet. I'll try WoS next.

I haven't looked into USDCs balance sheet, but as far as Tether goes, they don't actually back it 1:1 with US Dollars. They're holding commercial paper and treasuries as well. Treasuries are supposed to be stable but they took a big hit last year, went down more than stocks did. That's never happened before in history.

Pretty much, yeah. It’s also a lot cheaper/easier on many exchanges to trade into a stablecoin than into actual dollars.

Unless you’re planning on trading alts, or live in a third world country and need access to the comparable stability a digital US dollar, you don’t need to.

It's easy to find a problem when you talk, but solving it? It's not for no reason that psychologist exists. Not everyone can simply talk to a child and solve the problems.

But then psychologist session cost an arm. And they don't always work. Mushrooms are natural psychologists.

(I always feel like I'm "debating" people are on this subject so here's my disclaimer, again, I'm just trying to have a conversation about this from my bias perspectives that it is ok to give a low dose to a child.)
