I just heard these beautiful words from the Buddhist scholar Alan Wallace:

"When I view the world with the eyes of wisdom I see that I am nothing, but when I view the world with the eyes of compassion I see that I am everything."

Many people have labeled me an "encyclopedia"

I used to get excited about this until I thought, "Wow, I don't want to be a book of another man's mind."

I want to be a source of DIVINE WISDOM.

And so I tuned in, tuned up, and will never look back at the books,

the testing,

the chaotic technical words that man created to fixate us on the distraction that is healing.

I'll always just go back to nature for cleansing and regenerating on a deep, cellular level.

The body needs:

Itself.

✨But you can use living food & herbs for a high level.

And peptides & concentrates for a deep level.

✨Or vegan or carnivore for a mid-level.

And supplements & whole food/minerals to modulate.

✨Or eat 3 meals a day, but mindfully for a beginner-level.

And supplements, meds or products to kill off and control during "sickness".

There are levels with anything.

But physically speaking, you just really need you 💛

Breath, natural Movement outside, Orin, Fasting and then God steps in a lot more to do the deepest work.

But most of us are not this radical, able, strong, disciplined, peaceful or courageous.
