"Greg Bester is an audio engineer and musician based in Johannesburg. Greg’s career began in 1999 in the United States, where he studied music and got his first job in audio heading up Megatön Records recording studio in Orem, Utah with wrestling great, Maxx Payne. It was only after a few short months that his promise began to show and he was promoted to the principal engineer. It was there that he received his mentorship under Maxx, and accomplished his first recordings and subsequent early albums.
Greg was a musician first, playing in bands from a young age, which eventually brought him into the world of music production, live sound, and the art of recording. This gives him a versatile edge in that he knows how to communicate with musicians/artists, aiding the translation of the music into something that matches the producer/artist/musician’s vision.
In 2003 he returned to Johannesburg, eventually settling into the Edenvale-based studio, Shifted Audio as chief engineer. There he recorded and produced a variety of genres, including: rock, African traditional, jazz, gospel, R&B, and more. In addition to music, Greg is also proficient in mixing sound for video and film both in stereo and 5.1 surround. He has worked with acts such as Zama Jobe, Erik Paliani, Mphumi Dlamini, Jay Hlungwani and Sharon Dee. In addition to mixing, Greg also offers his services as a mastering engineer. Many of the albums he has mixed he has mastered as well."
"They went on to play Warped Tour, Ozzfest, and Projekt Revolution, as well as Box Car Racer's first and only tour. During these tours, they employed a touring guitarist named Greg Bester. He was later forced to return to his home country when he couldn't get a working visa."

⚡️🇮🇱🇺🇸 NEW - Israeli Opposition leader Yair Lapid in the Knesset:
Those who demonstrated against Israel in London, Rome, Paris, & Columbia University were deceived by propaganda.
Now that the war has stopped, learn the facts: there was no genocide, no starvation in Gaza.

"i have too many responsibilities" flip it around for a second, think about the fact that you have them because people Let You
as in: their gift to you in letting you in trusting you in giving you that responsibility
trust me you do not want to be in the situation where you want the responsibility and that person wont let you
the "good ol days" the "early days" just means fresh host
before the unsustainable sets in
before the damage accrues
no one person can change the actual world
the actual world only changes because the people are united and will never be defeated
community changes the world
“Honestly, I lived in fear for every second, especially after hearing what the Israeli occupation was saying about me. I was living life second to second, not knowing what the next second would bring,” he said.
“All the scenes and situations I went through during these 467 days will not be erased from my memory. All the situations we faced, we will never be able to forget them,” Aljafarawi said.
The journalist added that he had received numerous threats from Israel due to his work.
