Maybe it's a sign that you should do it again.
Good morning/afternoon!
Happy New Year to our Eastern Orthodox fellas!

A few bottles of Minuty on the beach won't hurt either. I'm going to the market, see you around!
I got it right but I thought that's sarcasm. In France is very nice, in Vienna it's the opposite.
I'm afraid I'm not sure about the meaning of "degueu" right here. π
Très bien, proche de l'Espagne! En France, j'habite à ~80 km de l'Italie, sur la Côte d'Azur.

Good morning, Uncle! Have fun!
https://navigatingrussia.substack.com/p/russias-hidden-war-debt
Really interesting analysis that has been overlooked. tl;dr: someone carefully looked through corporate records, and found that hundreds of billions of dollars of sketchy loans have been given to Russian defense contractors that probably can't pay them back. These aren't voluntary loans: the Russian government passed a law in 2022 forcing banks to loan money at low rates to defense contractors.

Previously it's been generally thought that about 15% of Russia's true GDP is being spent on the invasion. Taking forced loans into account, it's quite possible the real number is double that.
Yet more evidence that "ordinary Russians" are ultimately responsible for the invasion. You simply can't have this much % of GDP involved in a war without every working Russian making a significant contribution.
Western countries donating weapons to Ukraine should allow them to be used on any military or economic target in Ukraine. Destruction of the Russian electricity grid would be a good priority along with oil and gas.
Western countries donating weapons to Ukraine should allow them to be used on any military or economic target in RUSSIA (not only in Ukraine's occupied territories).
Other than that, you're a breath of fresh air. A few notes back, somebody is "just asking" how Zelensky has money to send firefighters to help in LA. π€¦
SIMPLE BREAD RECIPE
If you want to try baking a loaf of bread, maybe even your first bread, here's a very simple recipe. No sourdough, no kneading, no complications. You will need a so-called Dutch oven (cast iron pot). I recently bought one for β¬30. In the bakery, all ingredients are measured in grams. Just in case you might think I made some mistakes.
You need:
500 g flour (just look for at least 10% protein)
7 g dry yeast (one satchel)
10 g sugar
10 g salt (finely grind)
25 g oil (I use extra virgin olive oil)
375 g lukewarm water
1 baking paper sheet
A little extra flour to sprinkle
In a bowl, put the sugar (the yeast feeds with sugar), yeast, water and oil in this order. Mix them a little and wait for 10 minutes.
After that, put the flour and the salt in a bowl, pour the liquid with yeast over and mix with a wooden spoon. In 2 - 3 minutes everything should be uniformly mixed. Cover for an hour and put it in a corner, preferably somewhere higher, where it's a little warmer.
After the hour passed, use the spoon again and mix it once more for 30 seconds. Cover for another 30 minutes.
After that, spread the baking paper next to you. Sprinkle some extra flour on a table and put the dough over it. Sprinkle some flour also on top. Press and stretch the dough into a circle shape, lift the edges to bring them to the centre and then turn it upside down on the baking paper. Cover the dough with the upside-down bowl that you used earlier.
Turn on the oven at 240Β°C for 25 minutes with the cast iron pot inside (lid included).
After that, pull out the pot and reduce the temperature to 230Β°C. Put the dough with the sheet in the pot, put the lid back, and set your alarm for 25 minutes.
Then, take the lid out, reduce the temperature to 210Β°C and bake for another 25 minutes.
Take it out, put the bread to cool off on two wooden spoons (or a baking grill) for at least 30 minutes, and enjoy.
Bon appΓ©tit!
