An unelected oversight agency? 2/3 of the Senate (which would be totally ineffective since they cant even remove an insurrectionist)? The President? The Justices themselves 🙄?The American Bar Association? I have no good answer,nor have I heard a whiff of a good suggestion from anyone else.
