Well isn't that a reflection of plan for dramatic change? I think the term is "learned helplessness". The idea being to make people so exhausted that they will accept any diktats from centralised authority and look for them for help
I occasionally used to respond to people with “why don’t you eat an apple? It’s good for your health and means I don’t have to hear you talking”. Never seemed to be accepted as positive health advice for some reason

Listened to an interview with Yannis Varoufakis with my morning coffee. He's a marxist so as a sound money capitalist, I don't agree with many things he says at all but it's always good to make sure to hear others' opinions and how they frame them. It helps one question ones own beliefs.

I steer oil wells to make sure they stay in the correct rocks. When we do operations, I do 12 hour shifts. The chap on nights lost internet. Broadband down, starlink fail and Verizon went down too so he lost all backups and I had to cover. Doesn't happen often. Body handles it as expected. Bad for a couple of days and then a long sleep!

Hmmm there's another one right there. Marital harmony testing centre for new products. Find volunteer couples, cameras in living room and kitchens. Introduce products and then sell with a marital harmony index metric based on AI identified number of minutes per week arguing. Might be on to something here

The different sensation of heat between the sexes doesn't help. My missus doesn't like the aircon. Not surprised someone came up with those crazy expensive beds with temperature control for each side. Marital harmony is a great target forany business plan. Have always been confused as to why inventors of first washing machines and dishwashers not household names!
Thanks. I get hammered by a weird thing I find in Costa Rica which is a temperature increase at around 1am. I don't know if it's just sensation but if I forget to stick aircon on, it wakes me up and don't get back to sleep properly. Cooler climates are definitely better for sleep!
