GM nostr. Sleep is so important. Now deprived for 3 days and noticing it. Good sleep is a super power!

Probably a guilt purchase. Had a friend who worked in Vuitton in a high end area. She'd make double commission with a lot of clients. She said she could recognise the types after a couple years and focussed specifically. First they came in with the high end prostitue, buying them hand bags and things but then the pay day was when they walked in with their wife a few days later. Dubai maybe different, just loads of money and shallow comparing going on there.

48 heavy shift not ideal but at least Costa Rica provides the means to relax after!

They have set up for doing transactions from BTC to USD here to allow people to buy property and stuff. They have been developing their own wallet and are installing BTC ATMs for purchase and withdrawal. Also doing workshops and community groups. This is their website https://puravidabitcoin.io/

I don't know if they do anything else, I just been trying to do community meetings and teach people but I really don't have the time. Finally trying to set up workshops and courses for people if I can get a little more time off work.

I am up north, near the Flamingo / Tamarindo area. Bitcoin Jungle is in the South near Uvita. Try nostr:npub1spdnfacgsd7lk0nlqkq443tkq4jx9z6c6ksvaquuewmw7d3qltpslcq6j7 or nostr:npub148ut8u4vr8xqd4gefhg6eyc5636p5zthw3zfse2njfkezegczers59ty0w for any information about bitcoin jungle. We are trying to do more bitcoin related stuff up here but that's involving a group called PuraVida Bitcoin and it's more focused right now on our area.

Would Thomas Paine be a good meme generator in modern world? 🤔

I am on 2 hours sleep in past 48 hours. Although long shifts best done with 1 coffee at the beginning and then just water, am kind of enjoying it and today it’s helping!

I live in Costa Rica. Britt coffee from Poas volcano. Don’t know if it’s exported

The bitcoin jungle guys are in Uvita. Not sure if they have a specific location. nostr:npub1spdnfacgsd7lk0nlqkq443tkq4jx9z6c6ksvaquuewmw7d3qltpslcq6j7 probably the best person to talk to.

Where I live up north, most people use air BnB because other rentals are commonly organised through local whatsapp groups which is not exactly accessible. You could also try looking at the real estate listing sites as they do lots of property management.

I don't know how things are in Uvita area but up here, have heard comments about lack of occupancy at the moment and pricing is high so recommend pushing on price a little.

As to transport, if you don't have something, you will miss out. There are taxis and "Collectivos" - just random people who drive around and you ride share but some places you might want to see could be more accessible with a 4x4 or scooter. There are some places that rent out the little suzuki Jimny or Daihatsu Terrios at reasonable rates but like everywhere past few years, car rental has gone a little crazy so I'd recommend you try looking on the ground rather than booking beforehand.

Keep in mind in most places on the coast, as soon as high season starts (december), you're bargaining power evaporates!

New fren at the house tonight. Big hands!!

But are you still happy? Is blaming Iraq for all the problems in the world the true path to inner peace and happiness? If ever you feel lost, remember you can always turn your back on the CIA ponzi scam and return to the true beliefs of building 7

Head down Uvita or Dominical area. Not far from all that. If you want to dive, there's Cano island as well and it's close to the butcoin jungle crowd.

If you like sailing, take some time to head north to flamingo area.

CR is known for bitcoin jungle and they've been doing amazing things for years but there are more bitcoin endeavours starting in other places too.

Knowledge greatest block to learning. Best to not know. Everything in realms of probability, possibility and open mind. Some “known facts” are often err eclipsed by new “known facts”

Hmmm carnivore diet seems to be winning. Have always been pretty carnivore anyway (apart from 1 year of vegetarianism after accidentally ending up in an open air meat market in Delhi) but been really messing with stuff post covid. When I got sick, went full blast on Ivermectin and vit D protocol and worked from what I could see. Most of my friends screwed up for a week, I had 1 night of excruciating pain in my eyes and a heavy fever but back in gym next day. I thought all good and then 1 week later, started losing energy around 1pm and started napping. Force loss in the gym was dramatic until after a couple of months, I couldn't even knock out 2 sets of 25kg bench press.

My journey in case anyone curious - Tried Nattokinase and other enzymes and vitamins and supplements including NAC and all the bollox. No effect. Tried simple cleanse taking chelators and zeolites, no effect. Started various changes to diet with no real effect either. Bear in mind have NEVER had much sugar in diet since a kid and never liked nor ate processed foods anyhow so diet was theoretically good.

So finally, around 3 months ago, did 4 day water fast (might not seem much but high metabolism so the weight loss freaked me out a bit. Have friends locally doing 20 days and they agreed I should not try pushing it. Was quite dramatic and went from 33in waist to 28 in 4 days!).

I broke fast into a carnivore diet and only eating at home. Although have never used seed oils in my life, I cannot guarantee what is used in restaurants. Finally back to full 1 hour in the gym with energy to spare and nudging up the weight. Yesterday got back to 50kg press with 8 reps as my final set.

Anecdotally, it made big changes for me and I also think that whatever causes long covid (read lots, still seems to be a little confused mechanism), if it is a question of build up of toxic proteins, it seems possible that the fasting is a good approach if affected.

Hope that helps anyone with things to try if you have suffered what I went through. I kinda feel like I lost a year, but certainly interesting to go through so much different self experimentation and take that learning going forwards.

Final note to this. Been trying to vary liver consumption to see if I could actually qualify a physical difference. I literally feel more strength and am able to lift more. I tried alternating weeks of zero live, half a kilo in a week, and 1kg. I will make a 1kg consumption per week of liver my standard goal, the effect is simply too profound to not want to.
