It’s hard to pin down specifics when making many changes. I pretty much stopped eating out. I never used seed oils at home ever anyway but would consume eating out. Want to try gamifying in our local chat group. Considering weekly competition or something and send people who onboard most an sats reward. More onboarded, more poor people saving (many here are unbanked and can’t really save), and better for me as can pay for things in sats from 6 years ago and enjoy -95% inflation.
