Things to consider (globally):
Places like China and Russia, and groups like isis have been weaponizing migration and refugee crises for years.
This isn't lost on, or forgotten by some.
The threat is real.
Realistically ---
Your country is like your house.... migrants and refugees are like your guests. You can only sustain so many people at a time. There's rules in your house and you expect your guests to abide and show respect. If they don't, you throw them out. Although you may feel for the less fortunate, taking in more than you can handle is counterproductive.
The only solution is for people to actively and collectively put in genuine effort to make the world a better place.
Refugees and migrants only exist because where they come from is more terrifying than potential death, and a country's security measures.
Especially, when your country promises the land of milk and honey, so to speak, you're in for a difficult time accompanied by tough decisions.

Sometimes there's extenuating circumstances
3 strike rule
Let's say first offense is stealing food
OK we get it
Second offense is battery
Sometimes that happens
Third offense is -- doesn't matter

Side note:
He seems manic depressive, which not only makes it more inspiring when he can give himself a mental kick in the ass, but proves it can be done.
So there's that too.

se·ri·al kill·er
noun
a person who commits a series of murders, often with no apparent motive and typically following a characteristic, predictable behavior pattern.
"police have arrested a suspect they believe is a notorious serial killer who terrorized Wichita in the 1970s"
But that isn't true. In fact, every "serial killer" has had a motive.
Some have had less distinct patterns than others.
Another definition
A serial killer is conventionally defined as a person who murders three or more people in a period of over a month, with a “cooling down” time between murders. For a serial killer, the murders must be separate events, which are most often driven by a psychological thrill or pleasure.
But that's not true either.
This is where lines get blurred.
On another note, I'm reminded of the time chatgpt reprimanded me for asking it to write a story about CIA agents recruiting serial killers.
But technically, it's true.
A lot of intelligence agencies recruit military personnel, and as luck would have it, they had killed multiple people.
Sure it's a touchy subject.... but I guess it is what it is.
