And just to say, I’ve been eating sourdough bread for at least 12 years, my family loves it, and I’m glad this bakery exists, because there aren’t many places where you can buy such bread.
It was very easy (even with the low mobile network coverage inside). The lady on the cashier already recognize me as it was not my first time there😉

There are recipes in Internet, you can also learn how to make it. It is a traditional food 8n Bulgaria, but nowadays is very rare somebody to make it at home as it is very time taking job, and also they are selling a lot of various in the shops.
