Just to add:
If you provide a lightning address, anyone can send you funds.
I know no wallets that allow you to decline payments based on their sender. But I guess that would be the way to really fight spam is with keeping the benefits, that you can disallow senders. But I guess an even cooler feature would be mutes. You just mute the sender. You get the sats, but no message 😂 That could also change the game for zapvertising as well. 😂

As bitcoin is permissionless, it is an interesting topic.
I see 3 solutions with different protection levels:
1️⃣ You remove your lightning address. You won't get any zaps, but also no spam.
2️⃣ You set a minimum invoice amount to your address with a lightning proxy. You can get zaps, but not small. You can get spam but not small.
3️⃣ We can make a way to define your minimum zap amount without setting minimum invoice amount. You can get small zap, but only big spam. Unfortunately if someone wants, he can bypass this if not enforced.
But if people can't spam with my app, they will do other ways as lightning allows it. So option 3 is not really "trustable". So lightning proxies have to be smarter I guess to set minimum invoice amount per user basis. So you can allow specific users lower minimum invoice amount. But this can also have disadvantages.
The sooner spam evolves, the sooner proxies will emerge I guess.

In my opinion you have 2 methods:
1️⃣ Make better products, services, content (let's call them "anything" for now)
2️⃣ Incentivize people to make better "anything"

1️⃣ Make better "anything"
1. Find a pain point of yours.
2. Solve it with a prototype/MVP.
3. Put it out there.
4. Work on making it tailored to users needs.
5. If you can't do 4., start from 1. again.
Important: don't put too much effort into an initial product. Make it useable. You can make it nice later.
2️⃣ Incentivize people to make better "anything"
1. Set up a monthly budget for paying nice "anything"s
2. Find an "anything" you like
3. ⚡️zap its creator
4. Go to step 2.
If you want to live in a better world. Either do it, or support those who do it with money. Likes are nice, but it won't allow the right people to build the right things. Money will.
If you have no money, "sharing is caring", and start building to make money!
