Is it true that the string is just text that can be sent via sms or any other medium?
It’s like sending the string but not locking the string to another private key, so if the other person doesn’t add the sats to their wallet, it just stays in your wallet
Does it need any mods or bips on the base layer?
The only drawback I found was that you need to refresh your coins every few weeks or else the asp sweeps the funds, not sure why though 🤔
