Android: install the ZapStore, from there install Amber. I import private key into Amber. Apps like Amathyst will then show a button that says "Log in With Amber". For Crome on desktop there's an extension called nos2x. Some sites like Yakihonne will allow you to log in with that

3. think of your nsec as your Bitcoin private keys, act accordingly
4. chose a client that respect your privacy, meaning, you can sign in with a Signer protecting your nsec, it has TOR built in and above all, you can manage the relays you use.
