Realistically I find it really hard to go 100% carnivores though. I eat a lot more when I’m on carnivores. But I feel as sharp as a hawk. That’s probably the best part about it.

I basically stick with plain bread, meat jerky and steak. Depends on how much money, I’d replace more jerky with less bread when I’m have a little more cash 😂
