IS THIS JUDGE MERCHAN USING ANY OUTSIDE ADVICE IN MAKING HIS LEGAL DETERMINATIONS, INCLUDING THE SUPREME COURT'S IMMUNITY RULING? MERCHAN DOES NOT STRIKE ME AS VERY BRIGHT AND THIS WOULD APPEAR TO BE WAY OUTSIDE HIS STRIKE ZONE.

Let me be the first make this point:
Kamala Harris has lied for Biden and played a major public role in trying to coverup his dementia. As recently as this weekend. Throughout the Democrat primaries. All over TV. Whenever asked in any interview. Harris has deceived the American people. She has affirmatively said he’s doing great.
Now, she demands if Biden steps aside she should be his replacement? She’s next in line? She should be rewarded for her diabolical conduct? She uses race and gender to threaten those talking about bypassing her? Did she raise the 25 th amendment?
This whole crowd should be broomed. Especially Harris!

Merchan delays sentencing
Acting state judge, Juan Merchan, could've waited until the U.S. Supreme Court issued its decision on the immunity issue, as the Trump lawyers asked, but he chose to speed ahead, because he is a conflicted political hack running a Stalinist star chamber. He wanted the convictions, ensured he would get them, and delivered to Biden the "convicted felon" campaign propaganda Biden wanted. The Trump lawyers have rightly asked, and have been granted, the opportunity to file a motion to vacate the decision. Sentencing has been postponed until September. Merchan is fine with moving the date later.Why? Because the stage-5 demented Biden and his campaign thugs will continue to use the "convicted felon" moniker as long as they can.
I continue to urge President Trump's lawyers to seek a common law writ directly from the Supreme Court, which I believe should have been filed before the justices left for vacation, to resolve all the unconstitutional behavior in Merchan's courtroom for reasons I have explained often.
NOW, THE DEMOCRATS AND THEIR MEDIA CLAIM THEY ARE THE CONSTITUTION ORIGINALISTS!
For years the Democrats and their media have told us that the Constitution is old, it is a document drafted and adopted by white slaveholders, it is an obstacle to civil rights and progress, etc. The Framers have been condemned, their names removed from buildings, their monuments destroyed, etc. Yet, today, right now, the same Democrats and media are claiming that our precious Constitution is being destroyed by Supreme Court justices that believe in and practice constitutional originalism! That's right! Those who hate the Constitution and its authors insist that they are the true believers and adherents to the original principles, values, and words on which our country -- which they said was hopelessly racist and unequal (CRT, DEI. ESG, 1619, etc.) -- established.
If Biden drops out (I doubt it, but who knows) go for it, Kamala. Kamala is reportedly upset that she's being overlooked in all the gossip because she is a black woman. You tell them, Kamala! Is the Democrat Party racist and misogynist? Is it truly committed to DEI or will it now resort to a different standard. We shall see! After all, she is so accomplished, such a leader. Just ask Willie Brown.
Chief Justice John Roberts, who wrote the immunity decision, is no fan of President Trump. Indeed, he publicly criticized President Trump some years ago for Trump's criticism of Democrat-appointed jurists. The idea that Roberts bent over backwards to deliver President Trump and immunity decision that allows him to order the assassination of a political opponent is so disgustingly insane on every level, its demagogues must be openly condemned -- from Sotomayor to Biden, from MSNBC to CNN, and the rest of the mouthpieces for American Marxism.

I read through the piece and was appalled, starting with the headline to the very end. Unfortunately, this has been picked up by others in Israel, such as the Jerusalem Post, which is anti-Netanyahu and increasingly liberal. Terrible.
