Got serious sunburn today. Had to work hard whole day to dig a deep hole so the electric company can come and connect us to the grid.

Best homemade “panthenol” is white joghurt. Just spread it on your body and let it work for around 20 to 30 minutes, then simply wash it of. Works like a charm every time.
