you don't have to filter the events by yourself. just use a separate useSubscribe hook for each filter that you want.

use one hook for kind 0 for example and another for kind 3

the library will do the rest for you.

It's DANGEROUS no matter who you are to do this. Clients should not give people tools to accidentally or easily endanger themselves. If someone wants to share their location they already can: just paste it into a note yourself. Nobody does this because it's a terrible terrible idea. Where on the internet do you see anyone posting their personal location constantly? This is an extremely niche use case at best.
