Recommend apps

"Zugate" for accessing external harddrives with your phone

"Organic maps" GPS navigation without the internet (once you download maps of the areas you want). Its sucks if you want to find news tiny residential streets. Way worth it not to get spyed on.

"Newpipe" a way to watch YouTube videos without adds, download what you want in audio or video.

"Vlc" excellent video player for all platforms

"Antennapod" good podcast app

"briar" secure anonymous messaging

Best phone operating system

Grapheme OS.

You don't nerd to spend $1000+ on a phone. I buy used phone for less than $300 then put the OS my self. Really easy with a windows computer..

I have a question

Cayanne for bleeding?

I cut my self at work today.

I was handling sheet metal and it cut through my glove and my into my middle finger. Leaving a flap that was about 3/4 London and 3/8 wide.

It bled quite a bit.

I have thrown a couple things at it to heal quickly.

But after putting Cayenne on my finger and rewraping it. The pain went way down, after throbbing all day.

What has been your experience with Cayenne.

In case they won't leave you alone and you must pick up and leave, as a last resort.

You should have some of these. They are cheap, last a life time if you have a few repair parts. They are easy to customize.

Best video about them despite issues with the creator.

Half a book review.

I don't know enough about chickens as I am in a non permissive environment.

This book is not bad and mentions things you would not think would be feasible.

But the title is miss leading.

It misses a lot of potential feeds

I would give the raabit side of the book 3 stars.

If you got tricked into being vaccinated. I would live in a bubble to keep all germs away.

Invasive or a tool for independence.

We all know people neglect things.

But managed invasive species are a great tool for independence.

Kudzu. Needs to have its seeds heads controlled as the seeds are very fine. Netting them, cutting them or grazing them will reduce its ability to spread.

kudzu would be a gift in a warm green house in a cold environment.

What we have forgotten. What animal nutrition was like through most of history and how we got by with out petroleum. I don't think the environments sky is falling. If we his peak oil, peak oil price or peak oil rationing its all the same.

People often underestimate this technique by 10,000%. The person pioneering thistechniques has documented a substantial improvement with almost zero training. It is worth reworking you defence tools. I disagree with his caliber choices but other than that what he offers is amazing.

If you are scared due to the brain washing from the main stream media but know better than getting your DNA irrevocably changed / contaminated. There are 2 drug that are designed for humans that are safer than anything a doctor will give you. Doctors won't gibe it to you because they care more about paying there bills than your life. As most have been told they will loose there license if they prescribe these medications.

Ivermection won a noble price for its use and developmentifor people is more than 98% effective as a preventive. Covid.

Hydrochlorquine is great for if you get in.

In 1999, I lived in Albania for a period of time after the complete collapse of both the government and the economy. This is what i saw…

Within 2 years, the people themselves had built a working local economy, even importing goods from other parts of the world, which had been impossible under the previous regime. They traded in cash, the Deutschmark, since their currency was worthless.

There were no functioning banks. Currency exchange happened in a particular part of town where money changers congregated, and you would negotiate trade percentages with them. Surprisingly, these places were largely crime free, and while the changers would try to trick you into higher percentages, they would not rob you because if they did, their long term ability to make money would be compromised through reputation. The other money changers tried to prevent crime to keep their business appealing. And because they were competing, you could get pretty good deals if you were smart.

These changers would trade with big time traders, usually mafia, who could get in and out of the country. They traded fairly with the changers in order keep the profits going, and um…”strongly discouraged” overtly criminal behavior on the part of the on the street changers.

Another unexpected thing was crime. While petty crime was rampant, large scale crime was almost non existent. I eventually learned from locals that the mafia made it clear that if you crossed a certain line, you would just disappear. The mafia understood that if society completely collapsed, everything they had would disappear. So they actually enforced a “no extreme violent crime” law of sorts.

But here is the weirdest thing.. people stopped at intersections. They generally obeyed traffic laws which no longer existed and could not be enforced. The people themselves did this to prevent chaos. This blew me away, and completely changed my ideas about government.

A restaurant i would frequent was owned by a large Albanian man who always had a 45 auto on his hip. No one got out of line there. And as he was on the beach, anyone who showed up by boat to steal pretty Albanian girls for trafficking, would be shot at, making his part of the beach one of the safest.

A few years later, when government began to be restored, all of the peoples small booth stores which had been built along the sidewalks were torn down by that government, taxes were re-instituted, and many of the imported goods i used to buy from those families were no longer available unless you were wealthy. Many of the out door events which the people would organize ceased.

Crime increased. Everything returned to normal.
