Life Lesson: Read Labels ⚠️

At a grocery store I usually do not go to

Was looking for clean kefir

Picked up a bottle

Saw it was full of sugar

Put it back

Was proud of myself for catching it 💪🏼

🥩 Next isle I saw "beef"

I trusted/believed it was beef

I got home and was bamboozled lol

Ok, it says "made with plant protein" on the package

Yes, I take full responsibility for not reading what I picked up:

Ingredients:

- Bamboo fibre?!

- Pea protein

- Flavours lol

- Red beet powder

- Antioxidant: E301?!

It's not beef, it is #fiatfood! 😑

Why would anyone other than a koala eat bamboo fibre tho? 🐨

Lesson learned, read all labels.

We do have No Meetings Tuesday at work which helps. What I did was create a slack channel so instead of 10 individual slack threads there is only one now.
