Regarding the price per month estimate, that comes from several resources around the web that we pull and combine into one place, so we can get an average estimate for the overall cost of living in each location. If you go to the Stats & Facts tab on a city's page, you'll see a more detailed listing of the costs associated with living in that particular city.
We're glad you like the site! Satlantis will eventually have BnB type functionality, since it's built from the start to be a travel-like website, but it will also be SO much more than that! Think TripAdvisor, Nomad List, Google Places and reviews, and Facebook groups, all wrapped up into one web app that's built on this decentralized, borderless, and censorship resistant protocol we call Nostr.
