How would you compare the sound quality from this to one of the cheaper Bose systems mainly to be used as blue tooth while having dinner ?

I have heard this brand is good but expensive.

I like McIntosh amplification mostly… Regarding their “all in one system” products it is difficult to say.

If you only need the device for music, social network and the likes, a MacBook Air is enough. Of course, I would make sure to buy one, full of RAM.
