I believe there are WiFi routers that allow VPN to be “built in” so anyone on the network is using a VPN automatically.

I guess you could then also use a browser VPN but not sure about performance or how much that would help.

I too was amazed at how many sites I used frequently wouldn’t work. So it was nice motivation to find new alternatives.
