these missiles probably have the wrong kind of fuze for attacking hard infrastructure targets. fine for blowing up a building or soft targets in the open, crap for a bridge with no "inside" for the missile to enter and have a relatively large window of time to explode and do lots of damage

ukraine generally has shown very poor judgment in using their assets. I'd guess a lot of low level commanders are just wasting shit because it's what they have control of and there's not much in the way of a unified command structure anymore
