Just copy-pasted some high entropy information into an encrypted #nostr DM to myself, on a mobile client, and got it out in 2 seconds on a web client to use on desktop.

Must admit I'm not an apple user and i don't know what damus offers.
Primal is also a nostr client similar to damus. Check out if you like it. It has a wallet inside with a lightning address
If you're happy with damus, you can also use a separate wallet that gives you a lightning address and link it in your profile. For example wallet of satoshi offers this out of the box.

Alby Hub is an outstanding way to learn the basics of Lightning node running and channel management, in a way that the node-in-a-phone option doesn’t really offer.
It’s not that those tools aren’t great: I love Phoenix for its elegance, and Zeus is incredibly robust. However, Phoenix abstracts way *just enough* to make it beginner-friendly without needing to really understand, Zeus is extremely powerful for advanced users (if you know what you’re doing).
Alby Hub has found a perfect sweet spot, IMO: it incorporates fully functional channel management while making these elements accessible and easy to learn, with a friendly layout and great docs. Couple that with the PWA as a mobile wallet for the self-custodial node, and you’ve pretty much checked every box. (And I hear whispers of a mobile app…?)

I connect it to Alby Go (coming soon mobile app) and pay for beers
I connect it to Alby Extension and pay on the websites on desktop
I connect it to Raycast extension and do payments from desktop
I connect it to Telegram and Discord bots and pay people there with it
the list goes on
this may be the way, love the single source of truth throughout
