Louisiana's governor signed a law with parts of our anti-CBDC law, and the North Carolina General Assembly passed the anti-CBDC bill.
Our model policies have now been signed into law in 3 states and we're awaiting final signatures in 4 others.

I have always been against MiCA for a simple reason. It doesn't even pretend to speak about what EU users of cryptocurrency tech want:
