In a free market system, does insurance exist within that system? I think I know the answer- no.
Let me rephrase in different terms in a fully free market economy insurance wouldn’t have to exist as insurance is extractive in nature and thus is mutually exclusive to the concept of everything being deflationary.
In a so called extractive system things like healthcare are often unaffordable to most people without having health insurance, and having insurance seems to be the most affordable way to cover potential emergencies, but I see some monopolization happening and regulation that makes prices for services like healthcare inflationary thus necessitating an entity that lowers the barrier to entry in things that once may have been deemed a service that only the wealthy could afford.
To build a parallel v4v deflationary economy that can provide the deflationary effect that is talked about, what are some ways we can build a roundabout new way particularly in the realm of providing services in industries that are highly regulated and monopolized by policy?
In healthcare particularly, so called decentralized medicine leaves a bad taste in a lot of people’s mouths as regulation or at least a high standard of care is a good thing as it mitigates error and infection risks, same too for things such as aviation and transportation infrastructure.
How do we provide a sound structure of reputation into a decentralized system apart from word of mouth?

Suppose a company that exists today is dying but it adopts a #bitcoin reserve which in turn allows it to survive beyond its normal fiat life, does that company end up surviving just because of #ngu or does truly holding bitcoin (not just price exposure) have a transformative effect innate to it that puts people in service of others for the betterment of both themselves and the other person?
Options I see as potential avenues: college/ university coursework vs online learning via YouTube and/ or payed courses through Udemy or like websites vs so called “programming bootcamps” vs self guided learning through AI
