Basically you can generate other keys from your main seed phrase. That way you can secure them with one metal storage as restoring that one will let you restore the others.

So you could make a Nostr private key, a Phoenix key etc. and only need to back up the original key.

Jade, Passport, and Coldcard all support it.

If you write long form content and do lots of screenshots, you can make your images and article look way better just by framing your screenshots.

Framing the screenshots keeps them full width in line with the edges of the article, which gives everything a consistent look and feel. The images also look better.

Take it a step further and do proper zooming on smaller images so you capture the important areas. Use your browser zoom to make the small elements larger and in focus.

I use a tool called Xnapper for framing my images. For full app captures I use Cleanshot X (both are for Mac)

I finally did it #Plebchain !

In my heart I've felt I'm a Bitcoin maxi but still had shitcoins from years ago.

I was avoiding selling due to the high taxes here which are calculated as extra income and was waiting for retirement or changes to the tax laws.

But I felt I can't be a real Bitcoiner while holding shitcoins.

I'm not looking forward to next tax season but it was worth it to finally have my holdings match my convictions!

As a bonus I can now move on to a Bitcoin only hardware wallet and finally using Bip-85

UPDATE:: In 6 hours, Bitcoiners from all over the world have raised more than 300 donations totaling $8k+ US!

When I got to the market today to visit Estela, she had no idea what was going on. I coordinated this with her daughter and she wanted it to be a surprise for her mom.

We explained to her what we were doing, showed her the tweet, how many views it already had, and her interview. She was really excited to see the interview (this is a clip from an upcoming documentary).

Finally, we asked her to open her Bitcoin wallet. There were millions of sats waiting for her. We explained these were donations from fellow Bitcoiners from every corner of the Earth.

Everyone broke into tears, none of us could believe the outpouring of support.

After a brief moment, Estela immediately started talking about the best uses for the money. Interestingly, none of them involved a structure for her to live in. She wanted to build things for the community.

Her daughter quickly reminded her that maybe she needs a roof over her head with the rainy season coming.

Estela replied that yes, while it will be nice to have a roof over her head tomorrow, she has quite enjoyed sleeping in a hammock at the beach. She will rebuild her modest home, and use whatever's left to give back to the community she cares about so much.

Don't let anyone tell you Bitcoin doesn't have a use case. It's right here. Bitcoin is a force for good. Bitcoiners are a force for good.
