I don’t have enough words to thank my incredible wife, Carminho. For the Sunday long runs, the patience, the love–and yes, the grumpiness. You carried me more than you know.

The London Marathon 2025 started perfectly, but didn’t end as I hoped: 4h15min, shy of the 4h goal. Still, I gave it everything I had, and I’m proud.
