THE NEW CAPITAL: PEOPLE
In business, the number one rule is: first who, then what.
What matters isn’t the idea itself, but who you bring it to life with.
And if that’s true, the opposite is also true: there are people with whom nothing will ever work.
The real skill is knowing how to tell them apart.
Many entrepreneurs still don’t get the new rules of the game:
people are the new capital.
You have the ideas? You have the money? Great. But without the right people, you're going nowhere.
To attract and keep top talent today,
companies must be ready to change everything.
The very concept of “company” is being reinvented.
In the future, only two kinds of businesses will exist:
- AI-native companies
- companies that attract and retain great people
The rest? Will disappear.
Which one will you be?

🌱 Growth in Scarcity
When everything is missing, only one certainty remains: yourself.
It is precisely in moments of scarcity that the spark of true growth ignites.
When you have nothing, it's the perfect time to believe in yourself and bet everything on your own strength.
It's not the lack that stops you—it's the fear of discovering how powerful you can be.

The Cost of Disconnection.
When you start closing yourself off, it's often because you're around someone who doesn't cooperate or support you.

WE NEED PRINCIPLES, OR EVERYTHING FALLS APART
Society isn’t falling apart because we mess up industrial policies or fail at marketing.
It’s falling apart because we’ve lost sight of principles.
Everywhere I look, people are trying to take without giving.
It’s all about me, me, me, me, me.
We live in a shitty society.
A society where each of us is alone.
Where nothing’s left: no education, no healthcare, no justice, no ethics.
What we need is generosity.
We need civic duty.
We need the courage to serve others.
We need honesty and integrity.
I’m probably the last person who should be saying this.
But someone has to say it:
either we change, or we’re done.

Sometimes it feels like every step taken with the heart gets lost in silence… and yet we keep going.
Not for the reward, not to be seen, but because not doing it would be a betrayal of something essential within ourselves.
Staying kind, even when no one notices, is a form of strength that doesn’t need applause.
Affection Under Attack
One of the main ways someone tries to weaken you is by belittling or criticizing the affection you feel for another person.
Remember: when you accept to belittle your affection for someone else, you’re actually belittling yourself.
