Nice! The mirepoix looks good. You can try a few things to "beef" it up as well. A little lemon grass is nice. Also, you can bake the onions and garlic first, to help mellow and bring out some of the sweetness in the flavors. 😁
Thats an interesting point. I would go further and suggest including Politicians in the same group, and add that they must also list publicly all of thier personal investments; perks; gifts; sponsorships and associated lobby groups. If any of those things could cause them to have a compromised opinion, then they either need to publicly divest, or stand down.
