As I’ve said to you before, I still think there is a model for a WordPress for newsletters/substack opportunity in this space. I hope WordPress or Automattic can do it but I still think it is there (I love Ghost but what Ghost does isn’t quite what I envision). I wish I’d try to MVP/fundraiser around that 4 years ago tbh.

I think the best way would be to put it in maintainance mode and try to use the new platform/encourage people to migrate. And then backfill stuff for old supporters.
