Anonymous zaps show the amount but show 'Anonymous' insead of the name who zapped it. Not sure how snort does it. Maybe they use a general 'anonymous' npub for these.
The client & the wallet is relevant sending zaps, only the wallet is relevant for receiving zaps
View as a visitor or as the owner of the account? Both. Zaps are public. Iβ€ this feature on snort. See screenshot.

So you would go to a users profile. There you would see all the zaps he/she received (chronologically) and link to the related note. Now when i receive a payment on the wallet I have to go through all my nites to see which nite and who did it.

Option for anonymous zap or zap as 'tip' (current version). See snort

-One click zaps (integrate lightning wallet?)

That explains.. Iris has a bolt icon on note level but its just a tip..not a zap... So no payment receipt was sent. Snort works great for zaps on desktop though.
But what nostr client? The client needs to support zapping as well
