If you want to move your btc into cold storage look into Blockstream Jade hardware wallet and the Blockstream Green wallet software.
They are bit elevated right now but it depends on the wallet you use and the path the payment needs to go through. If you pay someone who is poorly connected you will likely pay more.

On primal its just the default ‘latest’ filter top right. Posts from followers in chronological order.
I use Brave which works across desktop and mobile and has great support for syncing bookmarks, history and even open tabs.
I just use Chrome or Brave and go to https://coracle.social or https://primal.net with Alby plugin for secure login. I'm not sure you need a native desktop client.

With cash you can reasonably determine its ‘real’ by just looking at it/examining it with your eyes. Is it possible to send a string of characters to your inbox that looks like cashu/ecash but is fake money? We need to know what stack you are running. Umbrel, raspiblitz? LND, CLN? Channels over tor? Your lightning node logs should give you some clue.
