Just thought of something funny. As bitcoiners we are trying to use decentralised money to centralise the entire financial system (ie onto Bitcoin).
Something feels off about that.
We all assume it was the bailout that triggered Bitcoin. BUT what if it was the other title. The military industrial complex shitting on one of the poorest places in the world that did it. Maybe it was the “forever war” that triggered Bitcoin.
I’m watching Kaos, a Netflix series about the corruption of the Greek gods as imagined in modern society. What I can’t get over is how people can see and understand the absolute corruption they’re seeing on TV and not link it to the corruption in the real world. America, Israel, the military industrial complex. It’s all laid bare for everyone to see in a neatly packaged TV series and still people don’t see. Why??
Watching George Lazenby as bond on “Her Majesty’s secret service” and have to say I understand why he only got one movie.
Unfortunately Israel is doing the same thing in Palestine with much much better weapons.
Terry Pratchett’s “Night watch” is about it. Highly recommend it.
Good idea. I’m stingy and I keep thinking if I send 100 sats, at some point I’m sending the equivalent of $100. But I think you’re right. We can do both.

Is it better to spend bitcoin (lightening, zaps, fountain etc) or is it better to save and pass on to my children? 🙏🏻
Yes. I don’t think it’ll happen in our lifetime but it is a great way to project wealth into the future to give my kids or my grandkids an advantage when it does.
Just like the Palestinians since 1948. Millions growing up in refugee camps. Every generation thinking it’s going to get better, trusting in the system only for things to get worse and worse and worse until now their children are being raped in jails while they wait for the world to grow a conscience.
“We are being deceived because there are people trying to protect their corrupt way of life.” Well said. That’s exactly how I feel about Americas relationship with Israel and its military industrial complex.
After long consideration and many hours of soul searching I’ve come to the conclusion that the new Star Trek movies are very good.
