I've been working on Starbit - a fully actor-based personal server

where you own the hardware, data, and identity.

It's just a specification right now. No code yet. But I'm serious

about building this and looking for people who want to help make

it real.

Everything is an actor. The OS, apps, services - all message-passing

actors on a deterministic VM with an ACID event log. Time-travelable

system state. Instant crash recovery.

Flat P2P network with cryptographic human-readable IDs. No hierarchy,

no sponsors. Self-sovereign computing.
