In part 1 you ask why rape is immoral, and claim that it's because the rape victim might be sad about it. But that's not true at all. Rape is wrong because it requires another person's body in order to perform it, because the rapist doesn't get permission from the victim, and because it is almost always very easy to ask for consent from the rape victim before attempting to have sex with them.

It would still be immoral to rape someone even if they might be sad about it, and there are plenty of scenarios where someone might be sad about perfectly ethical things that were done to them.
