The keyword seems to be ANTISPAM. You need to include it in the subject of your mail. Also don't forget to use the PGP public key to encrypt your mail (they can decrypt it with their PGP private key).

NIP-54 uses Markdown inatead of Mediawiki formatting, but links seem to be supposed like this anyways.
