Thankfully governments, companies etc. can't ask #Nostr to ban someone's account because Nostr is a protocol. They might be able to ask single relays, but the more relays you are on, the better.

So Amethyst does not set an "e" tag when replying to NIP-23 longform posts. Also, NIP-23 clearly says that kind 1 events are not to be used for comments, instead NIP-22 kind 1111 events are to be used for this. #Nostr

Another comment test from Amethyst to see of the "e" tag is missing here.
I think I know why they wanted kind 1111 events as comments on other event kinds. Because it overloads most Nostr apps that are mainly focused on kind 1 notes.

Also, kind 1 events are not allowed as comments to other kinds of events as defines in NIP-10 and NIP-23. But it seems everyone ignores that. For longform posts and anything else, NIP-22 kind 1111 events have to be used.
