Finally finished up with the long work week. Knowing I was missing next week had me working like a mad man. Now it’s off to Colorado/Kansas to visit family and enjoy nature.

Very thankful to have some time away to enjoy with my wife and son.

Other than that I’m wishing everyone a great Friday night or Saturday morning, wherever/whenever you may be. 🤙

Out of curiosity what’s your favorite way(s) to process anger?

My preferred ways:

1) Buying some of the ugliest breakables from a thrift store. Smashing them in an empty parking lot. Then I sweep it all up.

2) Going for a run or swim until my rage is exhausted and I’m having trouble breathing.

*I used to stress smoke cigarettes but I don’t allow myself to do that anymore. I feel like there must be a physiological reason why being out of breath calms me down.

3) Music.
