1. Enable dconf

2. Enable gtk in home manager

3. Set gtk cursor package, name, and size, in home-manager

4. (Optional) Say fuck it at this point and just use a gtk cursor on kde anyways.

Since KDE is going to be forcing Wayland on us, and I figured what the hell I'll use kde on my laptop, I'm now encountering the small mouse cursor in firefox.
