I went to the welcome page, saw what they wanted to charge me just to see where the other coiners were in my area, and said fuck that. They aren't trying to build the community.
He'll come here, once he's been purple pilled. He's already been orange pilled.
While I never agreed with him on everything, he was the last one that, at least, tried to tell the truth. They hate truth.
As I get older, the weight of mortality has began to rear it’s ugly head. The cycle of life is a dichotomy, being both beautiful and cruel at the same time. In my younger years, I would never have imagined that something as liberating as #bitcoin, or #nostr would ever exist. Yet now, I can’t imagine a world without them.
This is the peaceful revolution that I have been yearning for almost my entire life. I applaud all who partake in it, and I am truly grateful for all that have steered me into these spaces, that assist me in becoming more proficient in their use cases, the devs that build these protocols, and the support of my fellow man who always see the bright side, and is willing to help if need be.
While I wish I was younger, so that I have a better chance at being alive to see all of this come to fruition, I am glad that it has come in my lifetime. I may not see a world where the entire population runs on a Bitcoin Standard, but our children’s children will.
And that friends, is what we need to strive for, fight for, and, if need be, die for. Because in the famous words of Jack Mallers-”I’ll die on this hill”.
