I was starting to feel unaccomplished, I got my bees a couple of months ago, we have checked the hive a few times and didn’t see any signs that we had a queen, but we opened the boxes today and I spotted her, I know the pic is not that good but I only had one hand to take it, I feel like I can rest now knowing that she is in there😊 #beekeeper #newtohomsteading

When we tore up the bank to put the chicken run in, I discovered our bank is made of wild clay, I just made this simple bowl to do a firing on it to see if it holds up, hopefully it turns out, this will be my first time to work with clay, so I have been learning a lot from YouTube 😊
