Baking soda in homemade tooth paste is VERY abrasive. This is destructive. Just brush with water or cocunut oil with the peppermint oil if you dont like store-bought stuff. But also i would check the acidity of your peppermint oil.

All notifications are turned off on my #grapheneOS phone, except for messages from about 5 people who are important to me and whom I communicate regularly.

Everyone else and everything else is turned off. I don't even need the 'Do Not Disturb' feature, it's useless to me since my notifications are already #minimal #minimalist #minimalism.

No popups, no distractions, no anxiety, no stress. The phone's silence reminds me to engage with reality, rather than escaping into a virtual one.

Convert all your photos and images to the efficient WEBP format, using 95% lossy compression setting. This will significantly reduce file size while maintaining excellent visual quality.

In most cases, you won't notice any difference in image quality (unless zooming in a lot), and file sizes will be reduced by over 90%~.

For #linux users, using 'YOGA Image Optimizer' flatpak makes this process easy.

We're maturing. Nostr clients are getting buttery smooth. For example, I remember just a few months ago that I did not like Primal all that much. My feed was slow to load. My notifications were even slower. It all worked, but it didn't work fast enough for me, so I didn't use it all that much.

That has all changed. The latest release is fast and smooth. Primal is now an easy recommend to anyone that complains about Nostr app performance in the past.
