Traveling through Southeast Asia and noticing that QR code bank account payment is the most common non-cash payment system, even with street vendors. Transactions aren't instant and can be reverted. It makes me wonder if Lightning Network is necessary for this or if on-chain transactions without RBF are sufficient.
